  Originally we have them a straight 5 but I can't anymore. Getting everything set up, scheduled to be put in, the process of putting everything in and our installers deserve a 10/5! They were incredible! We also LOVE our system and how well it works. That being said, I find it very frustrating that the appts for the inspection and post inspection and one other thing that needed to be finished have been nothing but torture. While I am one of the most understanding people and will give you fill benefit of the doubt, I can't anymore. two times we were scheduled for 2-6 and two times no one came because they "forgot" or "we weren't scheduled" considering I received the reminder call, both times, it's safe to say we were actually scheduled. This time, once again, scheduled for 2-6 and he didn't show up until 7 and very very sloppy service (to say it nicely). again, the first appt and even the install the guys were here and ready to go and completely professional either before or within an hour of the scheduled visit.. Is it because we payed you in full that you feel we don't deserve decent follow up service? And the customer service for scheduling the post inspection appt has been horrendous also! What happened? What is happening? Again, thank you for the great beginning service was great, but the ending was.. Well, i wish I knew this before
