  Seemed notice but that was an act. Horrible service. - I have to sue for damages caused & fraudulent charges. I spent approx $7,000 there for 5 repairs and EVERY SINGLE ONE HAD TO BE REDONE OR FIXED by another ship. The ripped me off with fraudulent charges for work that was not performed. Left parts off my generator and over torqued the screws so that 5 of them snap off when trying to be removed. Charged $110 to "rewire batteries" which was never done. Blew up my $2000 inverter/charger, which I know for a fact was working, during a batter change & then charged me $110 to "trace a wire" because the house batteries "were not charging." Well duh, you blew up the inverter/charger. So I had to replace that at appox $1800. Blew up my leveling jacks, slides and other 12v components & fuses as well when I had the house batteries changed there , which they denied as "separate issues." My alarm, which had always been disconnected, started going off all of a sudden disabling the engine. They put a fuse in the wrong fuse block.
  
  Broke a awing tension spring when I had them change the arms out to a new color, damage my hub cover denting it and stripping the threads which I had to cutoff and replace. Seemed like nice people at first but this is crazy and unacceptable . The manager comes of exactly like a used car sales man when you make complaints and treats you like you're stupid and don't even know your own coach. I was even told "we know people complain just to save money." I was totally insulted as I was essentially being called a liar. I thought it was a great place but it was nothing more that a great acting job.
  
  I recommend Parliament Motor Coach. A little more expensive put its down right and if not, there is no charge to make it right. Harberson was, unfortunately, just as Honorable as campingworld in Tamp.
