  I had a GREAT message today! I had a Groupon also and had gotten one for my husband as well. He said it was the BEST message he had ever had. Our appointments were on different days and both were on time. Everyone was very helpful and the message therapist really knew her stuff- if felt wonderful and I'm feeling great thsi evening as well. They had some great additional offers today which I took advantage of for the holidays. I highly recommend them to everyone.

  This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased the ultrasonic cavitron 6 treatment package on groupon in May. Furtunately I was able to book 3 appointments. The first appointments I had little trouble booking. The first 2 visits I was able to book on one phone call. The third appointment I was able to book during my second visit. After that, I went on a 2 week vacation. July: When I came back I called the Clearwater office to make an appointment and left a message on the voicemail. August: After 3 weeks passed I again attmepted to make an appointment. September: Finally, fed up I emailed their customer service. One phone call was returned, which unfortunately I was unable to answer. Since then, I have called and attempted to make an appointment with no success. I guess the company was able to ripp me off of my last 3 treatments and a lipolaser treatment I purchased later. I'm too fed up to continue contacting this company, so I will post my review everywhere I can and contact groupon. To make things worse, the company is again offering another groupon...
