  Jack came and picked up my TV right after Christmas, 12/30/17. He sounded professional said it would take about two weeks. Charged me $115 just to pick up and diagnose the TV. Two weeks pasted no word from Jack. I called him to check status, for whatever reason he can not find the LED replacements for my TV, said he would keep checking and get back to me. This goes on for another month, still nothing. What kind of a TV repair shop is this??? It’s now 3/3/18 and still nothing. Terrible service and rather a shady business. On the fence if I should report this guy especially after reading the other reviews, wish I would have read these first. I would not do business with this character.
